Operator, not spectator

Over 20 years in IT — systems, infrastructure, and the messy reality of keeping things running — applied to how work gets done now: agents, automation, and shipping velocity. Not another vendor demo that dies in a sandbox.

Scot Richard. Based in Louisiana, working remote-first. Two decades of IT experience means the “new” stack still sits on old truths: DNS, access control, backups, uptime, and clear ownership. The tools changed (agents, containers, AI); the responsibility didn’t.

That depth is what makes the modern lane useful — websites and shared hosting that stay live, dedicated VPS when isolation matters, automations that don’t page you at 2 a.m., social and media systems that connect to the rest of the business, AI installs that are secured and documented, and training so owners or a few key people can run what we build.

Day stack: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Hermes — plus Gemini and other stacks when the job demands it. Installed and configured properly, not just named in a pitch.
